The cottage lies on the outskirts of the small village of Saint Margaret Ilketshall, near Bungay, in the beautiful Waveney Valley.

One of a pair of Victorian Cottages, recently renovated and furnished to a high standard, it is set off the beaten track in quiet rural Suffolk countryside.

There are many interesting walks straight from the cottage door and far reaching views from the windows. 
Being right on the border of Suffolk and Norfolk the cottage offers easy touring for both of these counties, plus the nearby broads & coast.
There are several historic market towns nearby, with delightful antique and craft shops to visit.
Situated just down the road from the cottage (1.5 miles) is Bungay's indoor swimming pool with waterslide and gym and in the opposite direction (1.5 miles) - medieval moated St Peters Hall, with it's restaurant, bar, shop and brewery.  What more could you wish for!!!
